The After School program at Cherokee Charter Academy will run from school dismissal until 6:00pm.  Students will meet in a location that is soon to be determined by school administration at dismissal. During the program, our students get to utilize the multi-purpose room and the playground. When picking up your child, you will need to go to the back of the school where the car line is located.

This program will serve students in grades 4K through 6th grade.

The After School program at Grassy Pond Elementary will run from school dismissal until 6:00pm.  Students will meet in the cafeteria at school dismissal.  Upon pick up, parents will need to go to the back parking lot located behind the cafeteria.  Depending on the time, students should be in the cafeteria or in the “new” gym.

The After School program at Northwest Elementary will run from school dismissal until 6:00pm.  Students will meet in the cafeteria at school dismissal.  Parents will need to go through the front loop to the entrance for the cafeteria to pick up their child.  Depending on the time, students should be in the cafeteria or in the “old” gym.

The YMCA will be providing all day childcare on “SOS Days”, schools out special days.  Childcare will be staffed from 7:30am until 6:00pm.  A light breakfast and afternoon snack will be provided.  Participants will need to bring a bag lunch on these days.

***This program is only available for participants who are currently enrolled in our after school program for the 2025-2026 school year.***

Enjoy a little taste of Summer Camp this Spring! Join us for fun-filled days where we will experience our favorite summer camp activities like arts & crafts, sports & games, dance & more! Come play both inside & outside while we make new memories and celebrate Spring!

Payments

• All Childcare balances must be current before attending Spring Break Camp.
• Even if your child is already registered for the after-school program, you will still need to register them for Spring Break Camp.
• Your multiple-child discount will be applied manually, prior to the payment being drafted.
• Weekly payment for Spring Break will be drafted on the following Tuesday.
• To allow us to plan for staffing and supplies, all cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the start to receive a 100% refund. All cancellations made within 1 week of the start date will not be refunded. We want your child(ren) to have the best experience at Spring Break Camp,  so we will not be offering a drop-in rate. We can’t wait to see your child(ren)!

Camp Hours – 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Camper Ages – 4-13

Lunch/Snack –  An afternoon snack is provided for each camper. Bring your child to camp with a packed lunch.  Please feel free to send in any extra food your child may need throughout the day. Please also send a labeled water bottle with your child.
